On Tuesday (02/28), Bioinformatics Working Group, FMIPA IPB University, Center of Excellence in Science and Technology (PUI-PT) Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (TropBRC) IPB University, and The Indonesian Society for Bioinformatics and Biodiversity (MABBI), held a Bioinformatics Webinar Series #31, which took time from 14.00-15.30 WIB via Zoom Meeting and Live streaming YouTube.
The activity was attended by 155 participants from academia, industry, and the public. The moderator for this webinar is Dr. Wisnu Ananta Kusuma. The speaker, Dr. Eng. Sapto Andriyono, S.Pi., M.Ti, talked about “Karakterisasi Mitochondrial Complete Genome pada Ikan (Characterization of Mitochondrial Complete Genome in Fish).” The speaker explained mitochondrial DNA, a small circle of chromosomes found in mitochondria, and how to characterize the mitochondrial complete genome in fish.
