Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (TropBRC) LRI-PGK IPB University successfully hosted the Network Pharmacology Workshop 2025 on March 11–12, 2025, conducted online via Zoom Meeting. The workshop was officially opened by the Secretary of TropBRC, Apt. Dr. Siti Sa’diah, M.Sc., and attended by 30 participants from various academic, research, and industry institutions, including BRIN, IPB University, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Diponegoro, Universitas Jember, Universitas Hindu Indonesia, and PT Inovasi Alam Nusantara. Over two days, participants explored key topics in network pharmacology, such as network analysis, virtual screening, graph mining, and web scraping techniques applicable to scientific research.
The workshop featured speakers from several academic and research institutions, including IPB University, Institut Teknologi Sumatera, and UPN Veteran Yogyakarta. The sessions covered the Multi-Component Multi-Target (MCMT) concept, the use of software tools such as Cytoscape and Orange, and data analysis methods based on machine learning. In addition to gaining theoretical insights and practical skills, participants received access to training materials, workshop recordings, and e-certificates as a token of appreciation for their participation.
