On Friday (06/09), Bioinformatics Working Group, FMIPA IPB University, Center of Excellence in Science and Technology (PUI-PT) Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (TropBRC) IPB University, and The Indonesian Society for Bioinformatics and Biodiversity (MABBI), held a Bioinformatics Webinar Series #41, which took time from 09.00-10.00 WIB via Zoom Meeting and Live streaming YouTube.
The activity was attended by 85 participants from academia, industry, and the public. The moderator for this webinar is Rizka Fatriani, M.Si. The speaker, Satrio Wibowo, S.Si, talked about “Pathogen-Based Precision Medicine: Development of a Bioinformatics Analysis Pipeline for Tuberculosis.” The speaker explained the pipeline used and developed by the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia team for the bioinformatics analysis of tuberculosis.
