On Thursday, October 16, 2025, the Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (TropBRC) of IPB University welcomed a visit from the Expert Team of Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) as part of the Innovation Encouragement Program. The visit was led by Prof. apt. Nasrul Wathoni, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D., and was received by Prof. Dr. Dyah Iswantini Pradono, M.Si.Agr., as the Head of the TropBRC Research Team. The activity aimed to collect and review existing data to support the downstream development of one of TropBRC’s innovative research products.
The Innovation Encouragement Program focuses on research downstreaming and strengthening collaboration among universities, industries, and government institutions to address real-world challenges. Through this synergy, it is expected that impactful innovations will emerge, contributing to enhanced competitiveness and community welfare.
Through this initiative, TropBRC hopes to expand strategic partnerships with various stakeholders to accelerate the utilization of research outputs into innovative products that benefit society. This continuous collaboration is expected to foster the advancement of Indonesia’s biopharmaceutical research that is excellent, competitive, and sustainable.
