VISITING FROM UKI STUDENTS
About sixty students of Medicine Faculty of University of Christian Indonesia (UKI) came to Biopharmaca Research Center (BRC IPB) on Thursday (26/1). They are from Semester 8 of Medicine Faculty.
Lead by two lecturers, they firstly came to Biopharmaca Conservation and Cultivation Station (BCCS/UKBB-PSB) at Cikabayan Garden, Campus IPB of Dramaga, learnt about herbal plants. After that, they went to BRC Office at Taman Kencana, and got some explanation about Biofarindo Company and Laboratory of BRC.
In fact, this is the third year for Medicine Faculty of UKI held visiting to PSB LPPM-IPB. Before visiting, they got materials about Cultivation Technology of Herbal Products by Drs. Edy Purwakusumah, MSi and Standardization of Herbal Medicine by Dr. Irmanida Batubara. The event was closed by Director BRC, Prof. Dr. Ir. Latifah K. Darusman, MS.
