TRAINING OF INTERNAL AUDITOR OF QMS
On Tuesday (7/2) and Thursday (9/2), Biopharmaca Reseach Center (BRC IPB) held a training of Internal Auditor of Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2008. The training was followed by BRC Management & Staffs.
The training was given by Mr. Nur Hadi Wijaya, STP, MM, a consultant from CV. Inovasi Karya Mandiri. The aims of the training are to 1) to understand and to adopt the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 of the QMS at PSB LPPM-IPB; 2) to be capable of being internal auditor to see and ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008, 3) to make work plan of internal auditing in implementation of ISO 9001:2008, and 4) to have more knowledge in auditing of the QMS.
The organization shall conduct internal audits at planned intervals to determine whether the quality management system a) conforms to the planned arrangements to the requirements of this International Standard and to the quality management system requirements established by the organization and b) is effectively implemented and maintained. An audit program shall be planned, taking into consideration the status and importance of the process and areas to be audited, as well as the results of previous audits. The audit criteria, scope, frequency and method shall be defined.
The selection of auditors and conduct of audits shall ensure objectivity and impartially of the audit process. On the first day, before starting the lesson, the participants was given pre-test, then on the last day, after completing the lesson, the participants was given post-test. The test was aimed to determine whether the participant could be an internal auditor or not.
