On Friday to Saturday (08/11-08/12), Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (TropBRC) IPB University held the Workshop of Basic Molecular Docking, which took time from 08.00-17.00 WIB via Zoom Meeting. The workshop was attended by 33 participants.
This activity was opened with remarks from the Director of the Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (TropBRC) IPB University, Prof. Dr. Irmanida Batubara, S.Si., M.Si.
The speaker, Dr. Setyanto Tri Wahyudi, S.Si., M.Si. explained docking with the GUI and command line-based Vina, virtual screening, and docking result analysis. In addition, there are also practices for participants guided by speaker.
