On Friday (17/1), Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (TropBRC) LRI-PGK, IPB University, hosted a delegation from the RIS Office for Sustainable Bio & Healthcare Resilience (Jeju Regional Innovation Platform), Jeju National University (JNU), South Korea. The delegation, led by Prof. Boo Kyunghwan, Professor in Charge of the CleanBIO Project, was welcomed by the Director of TropBRC, Prof. Dr. Mohamad Rafi, S.Si., M.Sc., alongside the TropBRC research team: Prof. Dr. Eng. Wisnu Ananta Kusuma, S.T., M.T., apt., Dr. Siti Sadiah, M.Sc., and Novriyandi Hanif, S.Si., M.Sc., D.Sc. Also attending from IPB University was drh. Dordia Anindita Rotinsulu, M.Sc., Assistant Director of International Program Services Division.
During the visit, the delegation toured the key facilities of the TropBRC Laboratory (LabTropBRC) under the guidance of laboratory staff member Laela Wulansari. They explored the Preparation Laboratory, Spectrophotometry Laboratory, and Chromatography Laboratory. This visit served as a vital step in fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange between IPB University and Jeju National University, particularly in advancing tropical biopharmaca research.
