The Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (TropBRC) LRI-PGK IPB University held a Capacity Building program themed “Ngaleut Ka Pangalengan: Serunya Guyub di Pangalengan” on 14–15 November 2025 in Pangalengan, Bandung, West Java. The activity was attended by the management team and all TropBRC staff as part of an effort to strengthen individual and team capacity as well as enhance harmony and cohesion within the workplace.

Over the course of two days, participants enjoyed a series of engaging and collaborative activities. On the first day, the group visited Nimo Highland, a popular destination known for its scenic tea plantations and various picturesque photo spots. The event continued at Situ Cileunca with an outbound session featuring fun games, individual and group competitions, ice-breaking activities, and a music quiz. In this friendly competition, Team Moo-Moo won first place, followed by Team Miaw-Miaw and Team Kwek-Kwek. In the evening, participants enjoyed a gala dinner, barbeque, and karaoke session, which further strengthened their sense of camaraderie.

On the second day, participants took part in rafting at the Palayangan River—one of Pangalengan’s most renowned rafting locations, known for its lush natural scenery and enjoyable rapids suitable for beginners to intermediate-level adventurers. This activity offered not only an exhilarating experience but also an opportunity to build teamwork, courage, and communication skills. The entire program was facilitated by Travela Holidays, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for all participants.

Through the Ngaleut Ka Pangalengan activities, TropBRC aims to foster a more solid, united, and enthusiastic work environment. The spirit of togetherness and positive energy gained from this event is expected to inspire staff to enhance productivity, creativity, and deliver their best contributions for the continued advancement of TropBRC.
