On Wednesday afternoon, September 16, 2025, a total of 12 interns from LabTropBRC visitedthe Biopharmaca Conservation and Cultivation Station (BCCS) located at Kebun Cikabayan, IPB University Darmaga Campus. This activity was carried out following their visit to the Unit Kandang Hewan Percobaan (UKHP).
The students were welcomed by the Manager of UKBB, Taopik Ridwan, S.P., M.Si., along with the staff on duty. During this visit, they were introduced to various types of medicinal plants, the process of producing simplicia, and the initial stages of medicinal plant research.
This activity is expected to broaden the students’ knowledge and provide them with practical experience in exploring the potential of biopharmaceuticals, while also fostering their interest in conducting further research in the field.
