Enhancing Precision, Maintenance, and Laboratory Performance Through Hands-On Technical Training
The Tropical Biopharmaca Research Center (TropBRC) IPB University organized an In-House Training on Eppendorf Pipette Usage and Maintenance on Friday, 22 May 2026, at the TropBRC Meeting Room, CRC Building 2nd Floor, STP Area, IPB Taman Kencana Campus, Bogor. The training was attended by nine internship students and four laboratory staff members of LabTropBRC as part of efforts to strengthen laboratory competency and ensure optimal equipment performance.
The training session was received by the LabTropBRC team represented by Laela Wulansari, S.Si., M.Si. Technical training was delivered by representatives from PT. Infiniti Bioanalitika Solusindo, namely Sindi Anna Asiska, S.Si., Chaerunisa Ramadhani Putri, A.Md.AK., S.Si., and Rafmanuha Putri Mulyawan, S.Si. The activity served as part of the company’s after-sales support program for Eppendorf product users, aiming to ensure proper equipment functionality, extend pipette lifespan through appropriate maintenance, and support efficient laboratory operations.
The training covered technical guidance on standardized pipette usage, maintenance tips and best practices to maintain instrument performance, as well as hands-on practice sessions for participants. Through this activity, participants gained practical knowledge regarding proper pipette handling and maintenance, which are essential for ensuring accuracy and reliability in laboratory analysis. The program also reflected the collaborative partnership between TropBRC and PT. Infiniti Bioanalitika Solusindo in supporting laboratory quality improvement and scientific research activities.
