Specifically, we designed this intensive program to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in modern network pharmacology approaches for researchers, academics, and professionals.

In addition, the curriculum covers the following essential topics:
– Theoretical Foundations:
You will study multi-component and multi-target concepts in herbal medicine, alongside graph mining implementation and frameworks for screening bioactive compounds from natural products.
– Practical Sessions:
You will perform target protein prediction (Swiss Target Prediction), data collection via web scraping, and protein–protein interaction analysis (STRING & Cytoscape). Moreover, you will explore enrichment analysis (Gene Ontology & KEGG Pathway), network visualization, and molecular docking.
– Case Studies & Tools:
We will introduce publication examples and advanced tools like I-PrimeTarget, IJAH Analytics, ISNIP, and I-PRIME development.
Consequently, to ensure a seamless hands-on experience, you must meet these minimum technical requirements:
– Operating System: Windows 64-bit
– Processor: Minimum Intel i3 / Dual Core
– RAM: Minimum 2 GB
– Storage: 20 GB available space
