Six internship students from LabTropBRC IPB University visited the Animal Testing Laboratory (ATL), at the IPB Dramaga Campus on Tuesday, 5 May 2026. The educational visit was welcomed by ATL staff members, drh. Rere Epiyanti and drh. Maudika Pamela Fiorenza, who introduced the students to the laboratory’s facilities and research support services.

During the visit, students gained insights into the role of ATL in supporting research activities, particularly in vivo studies and experimental animal management. The session also introduced participants to laboratory standards, animal welfare principles, and the importance of proper research practices in animal-based scientific studies.

Through this activity, the internship students were expected to broaden their understanding of research infrastructure and strengthen their knowledge of experimental research approaches in the field of biofarmaka and life sciences. The visit also reflected TropBRC’s commitment to providing integrated learning experiences that combine academic knowledge with practical exposure.
